Spaces on the new second floor utilize custom details inspired by Neutra's original work
in the construction of new elements and assemblies.

To maintain consistency with the existing portion of the residence, proportions of elements and subtle details such as the relationship of windows to their sills and the profiles of new columns were focused upon.
